After you contact me, I send the Splashtop SOS instructions. You run the attended support app and share the nine-digit code shown on your screen. You can watch the work and should click Disconnect or close the SOS app when we finish. Read the full safety process.
What if you can't fix my problem?
Then you don't pay. Simple as that. If a fix needs hardware I can't replace remotely, I'll tell you exactly what to do next at no extra charge.
