Remote IT Support

How to Verify You Are Working with the Real Swanson Tech Solutions

Avoid impersonators by starting from known contact details and verifying the attended Splashtop process.

Start from a known channel

  • Type the website address yourself instead of trusting a popup link.
  • Confirm email uses support@swansontechsolutions.com.
  • The known Facebook page is facebook.com/sts.remote.

Recognize the normal session

  • You request help first and receive Splashtop SOS instructions.
  • You share the nine-digit code only when ready and can watch the work.
  • Close the SOS app when finished; normal one-time support does not need unattended Streamer access.

Reject scam behavior

  • Cody will not demand gift cards, cryptocurrency, secrecy, or a transfer to a safe account.
  • Do not share a support code with an unexpected caller.
  • Stop the session if anyone opens financial accounts without a clear, requested reason.
When to ask for help

Stop guessing when the problem keeps coming back
